A day in the life of a cookie
Every batch is a 48-hour journey through four pairs of hands, two ovens, and one obsession. This is what happens before the box lands on your doorstep.
3 phases, one rule: every handoff has to improve the cookie.
The point of the kitchen is not speed. It is control. Mix, bake, and finish each have their own pace, their own checks, and their own person responsible.
Morning Prep
The day starts at 4:30am. The kitchen is quiet, the ovens are cold, and 200 pounds of butter are waiting to become something extraordinary.
The Bake
The ovens hit 200°C. The kitchen fills with the smell of brown butter and melting chocolate. This is where chemistry becomes alchemy.
The Finish
Each cookie gets a final inspection, a hand-stamped box, and a one-way ticket to your doorstep. No cookie leaves this kitchen without a story.
"I've been baking for 14 years and I've never worked in a kitchen that cares this much. We taste every batch. If it's not perfect, it doesn't ship. That's the rule."— Lena, Head Baker since 2024
